Jack will demonstrate how to take people from thinking they’re safe enough to enhancing safety culture to enable people to learn from their mistakes and be more safety-focused.

Change is hard, for everyone. In order for businesses to thrive, change must be properly managed because it is inevitable. In Managing the Change Jack will discuss how change can be successful and what needs to be done to facilitate it.
