The 2016 VPPPA Region IV Safety & Health Excellence Conference is happening June 21-23 at the Lexington Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Lexington, KY.

SafeStart Senior Consultant Gary A. Higbee will present one of the seven pre-conference workshop opportunities on June 21 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. In Managing Complex Change: The Challenge of Implementing Safety Improvement, Gary will discuss the five critical components to facilitate successful change and how they affect safety initiatives.

SafeStart Senior Consultant Kevin Cobb is also among the conference’s 54 workshop speakers. He will be delivering Conquering the Caveman in a breakout session on June 22 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. He’ll introduce four simple techniques to improve organizational performance in safety, productivity and quality while dealing with negative people within your organization.
